A permit is not required for setting up mobile homes in a camp, but for setting up on your own plot that does not have the status of a campsite, in order to connect utilities, you need to obtain permits (regardless of the fact that it is a mobile unit).

The price of the mobile home depends on the model, the level of equipment, whether it is a summer or winter house, as well as the number of mobile homes you inquire. We can give you the prices of mobile homes in a short period of time upon your inquiry about a specific model or during your visit.

We offer numerous models and floor plans of different square footage and layouts. With the floor plans of the standard models, we envisioned the greatest possible use of free space. The houses are therefore pre-defined and the architecture is well-thought-out. We believe that in our models you can find space for your wishes and needs.

The homes are sold as complete units. The prices we will send you in the offer include a fully equipped mobile home (with furniture, beds, mattresses, sofa, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen with electrical appliances).

There is no single answer to this question. We can calculate the cost of transport after you tell us the exact location, model and quantity of mobile homes.

Terraces in front of the mobile homes are bought separately from the home itself, but you can buy them in Nord Mobil, also from the catalogue of predefined models.

The delivery time depends on the moment of the order and the occupancy of our production, but it is certainly a minimum of 90 days.

Due to the complex transportation procedure, as well as the knowledge and skills required for installation, we transport the house to the place where you want to place it, and it is installed exclusively by our expert team from Nord Mobil.

For now, we do not offer self-sustainable houses. Our mobile homes need to be connected to electricity, water and sewage. We regularly work on improving production and create new concepts that will satisfy all the wishes and needs of customers.
