Design and Technical Preparation
Development of floor plans and preparation of production documentation for each model.
Chassis and Welding
Welded and bolted joints on a 100% hot-dip galvanized steel chassis.
CNC Machining of Elements
Precise cutting and processing of structural and furniture elements.
Assembly and Finishing
Assembly, furniture installation, and quality control of the finished product.
Four structural elements.
Chassis
100% hot-dip galvanized chassis, basic versions made of IPE200 and IPE220 steel profiles and S235 quality square tubes. Steel meets European standard EN 10025-2004, and joints are welded and bolted.
Walls
Robust construction from KVH beams with very good thermal insulation properties. Total thickness of the outer wall 88–163 mm, inner 18–81 mm (depending on model).
Roof
A flat ceiling allows for better space utilization. Reliable wooden construction with high load-bearing capacity, total thickness 155–420 mm (depending on model). All collections have a sloped roof.
Floor
Floor covering with wear resistance 32/41, designed for intensive use and high foot traffic.
